Description
Philly photography is one of my passions. I tell stories about this city and capture my favorite locations on film.
After 30 years construction on City Hall was finally finished in 1901. The building sits on a site designated as a municipal square by William Penn in the 1680s. Philadelphia hoped City Hall would be the tallest building in the world but we were eclipsed by the Eiffel Tower and the Washington Monument.
This is a matted 5″ x 7″ photograph (NOT a digital file) with an 8″ x 10″ black mat and backing board featuring the view from the clock tower at City Hall in Philadelphia. Photograph was featured in Philadelphia Inquirer Daily Newsletter.
